My name is Tracy Anne Bond

Inspire Power is the name of my business of private counselling and supervision in Alsager

For almost ten years I've been working with dozens of people with a wide range of different issues. Of course everybody is different and my aim is to support you as an individual work through the counselling process.

People tell me that they find me very easy to talk to and a good listener. I'm happy to hear it but what this means for you is that we will be able to start working together quickly and easily.

The first introductory session of 30 minutes is free of charge during which time we will get to know each other and we can both check that we're comfortable about working with one another. You are welcome to bring somebody along with you on this intro session but it's usual for counselling to be one-to-one during subsequent sessions.

For me, the most important part of the counselling process is the ability to gain and maintain a professional relationship based on trust, safety & without judgments. I believe that this in turn allows for growth and development with any area of concern to you; I don't have all the answers and will not give you an instant solution - we will work together to find the best route out of your negative situation.

All I would ask is that you give some time and thought in relation to; 'what you would like to get out of counselling' so we may work together so you achieve this; working solely from what you bring to our sessions each week.

Over the last eight years I have provided counselling services for a local charity that offer services to anyone affected by Rape and Sexual violence. In addition, previously I have offered counselling services to a Bereavement counselling service and a Mental Health counselling service. I also work with children and young people that have suffered a bereavement, loss or life changing illness

I have facilitated workshops for counsellors in relation to working therapeutically with children through play and I have supported adults and children through the criminal justice system in relation to court proceeding due to many forms of sexual and domestic abuse/violence.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2007 and I graduated at Staffordshire University in 2009 with a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I qualified as a clinical supervisor in December 2014 with the Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy.

As an integrative counsellor I use several distinct models of counselling and psychotherapy to best meet your needs.
